RFP/SLV/2025/002: "Establishment of a Framework Agreement for the Hiring of the General Maintenance Service for ACNUR offices in El Salvador" Summary of the Service The main objective of this contract is to establish one or several framework agreements with specialized companies that They provide general maintenance services for ACNUR offices in San Salvador. This initiative seeks to counteract the wear and tear of the use of time, prolonging the useful life of the infrastructure and maintaining its functionality and value. The services are organized by Technical specialties, grouped into the following categories:  Lot 1: Plumbing  Lot 2: Maintenance of drinking water and rain tanks  Lot 3: Air conditioning  Lot 4: Elevator maintenance  Lot 5: General Infrastructure  Lot 6: Locking  Lot 7: Automatic gates  Lot 8: Safety arches and vehicular feathers Each company must have the technical, operational and administrative structure necessary to guarantee efficient, safe and high quality execution. UNHCR will request service quotes according to operational necessity, without establishing a Minimum number of hours. The works must be completed within a maximum period of 48 hours after the purchase order is issued.
