This contract will design and implement the ideal plan and tools to effectively communicate and make visible the policies and cooperation of the European Union (EU) with the authorities and citizens of El Salvador, thus contributing to the strategic objectives of the EU and its states m1036fcb82f3a0fcfe4366f7e43dbe204members in El Salvador. This contract will update and implement the communication and visibility strategy of the Delegation of the European Union in El Salvador (DUE) and will accompany the efforts of the EU in the implementation of its public diplomacy in El Salvador, guaranteeing the positioning and etheir scope. The coordination of the activities and the definition of the messages will be coordinated with the DUE. The activities will be carried out mainly in the territory of the Republic of El Salvador and when the circumstances warrant it, it may be required to carry out fugitive actions.era del pais.
