Tender scope: Develop a study of climatic vulnerability that considers the exposure, sensitivity and adaptation capacity that allow measuring climate impacts on agriculture, ecosystems and natural resources in Ahuachapan Sur. For the intergovernmental group ofExperts on climate change (IPCC), vulnerability is defined as the degree of susceptibility or inability of a system to face the adverse effects of climate change and, in particular, the variability of the climate and extreme phenomena. They also define it as propensityor predisposition to be negatively affected if you intend to present an offer creating a response draft without sending it directly in the system.
