Contract type: individual consultant (natural person) Description of the assignment: Develop an interactive and accessible web portal that allows the monitoring and real -time analysis of hydrological and weather variables,promoting climate resilience and facilitating informed decision making in the Ahuachapan Sur region, El Salvador.
