- Quotation are invited for Vehicles Commodities: Like or similar to 1 (One) left hand drive 4x4 vehicle, SUV or pickup. Please note that the vehicle will be used in moderate to extreme climatic and off-road physical conditions. Note: Winrock International is soliciting bids from qualified firms in connection with the supply of vehicles for the USAID Upper Lempa Watershed Project. Quotes will be accepted from U.S. and other international firms. For a full copy of the RFQ please email procurement@winrock.org. USAID Upper Lempa Watershed Project invites interested and eligible suppliers to prepare quotes. Eligible vendors must have extensive experience in the manufacture, delivery, and maintenance of vehicles for export. The vendor shall be selected in accordance with competitive bidding procedures and best overall value procurement results provided by USAID Upper Lempa Watershed Project. All equipment is subject to the Bureau of Industry and Security Export Compliance Regulations.
